Questions
- What counts as a project?
- A complete, isolated backend for one app: its own database, storage, users, queues, schedules, signals and sites, served at its own address. One project per app is the common case. Organizations & projects has the details.
- What happens if I downgrade with more projects than the plan allows?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing stops. Your projects keep running; you just can't create another one until you're back under the plan's allowance.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not yet. Both paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- How do I pay?
- Through Stripe, from Organization settings in the console. The owner of the organization picks a plan there; changing plans, updating the card, cancelling and invoices all live in the same place.
